Ashely, they are actually suing. I think it has more to do with the idea that Woolworth’s sells electronics and by law Apple has to defend its brand name because if it doesn’t then after a period of time Woolworth’s would also have a claim to the “apple” mark. Of course this just makes the laws surrounding branding seem absurd.
