		<description>Ashely, they are actually suing. I think it has more to do with the idea that Woolworth&#039;s sells electronics and by law Apple has to defend its brand name because if it doesn&#039;t then after a period of time Woolworth&#039;s would also have a claim to the &quot;apple&quot; mark. Of course this just makes the laws surrounding branding seem absurd.
