MSN.com has updated their logo. What do you think of the change?

I am all for abstraction in a logo, but this doesn’t take it far enough. Like the “bing” logo, it looks like the new butterfly has been squished a bit. Though I do like the new type treatment.
This is an unoriginal face lift and doesn’t really change anything.
I like the old mark much better as a whole.
That being said I agree, I like the new MSN type face and want to steal it…
