All great logos share a common trait: simplicity. Logo simplicity means that the design is easily readable, reproducible and scalable. This allows a logo to be used in a variety of instances (large or small, web or print, in black and white or color) while standing the test of time.
Designing with a purpose means that the final design will be relevant to the client and the industry with which it is being designed. It also means that each element of a design is carefully crafted to suit the unique needs of my clients.
A successful logo fuses form with function. It connects with the qualities of your company, conveys your intended message, and is relevant to the target audience. And it accomplishes all of this through an aesthetically pleasing and memorable form.
Know your audience.
Each design project begins with a design questionnaire. This allows me to better understand my clients target audience as well as their current competition within an industry. With this knowledge I can create a design that will resonate with a clients desired audience.
Sweat the details.
No detail is too small when it comes to your brand. Every instance in which someone comes in contact with your brand should be meticulously planned so that your message is clear while remaining consistent. I make it my job to sweat these types of details.
Opt for quality over quantity.
Unlike some websites or services out there I am not looking to churn out an endless amount of designs. I have thoughtfully created a design process that allows me to fully commit to each project so that I can offer the best design solutions for my clients.
